This post will discuss the project to bring all European nations under the control of a centralized bureaucracy headquartered in Brussels.
Above the bureaucracy will be the European Central Bank, which is a private cartel like the U.S. Federal Reserve.
The elitist plan was briefly delayed when the people of France (29 May 2005) and the Netherlands (1 June 2005) voted NO on adopting a Pan-European Constitution (also known as the “The Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe,” or TCE).
The Pan-European Constitution is terrifying, as we shall see in a moment. And like the USA Patriot Act, it includes mountains of fine print. Indeed, the U.S. Constitution has only 4,600 words, but the English version of the Pan-European Constitution has 160,000 words. It is written in complex “legalese” that the public cannot hope to decipher, and which even specialists do not understand. Most European nations have already ratified it. As with the USA Patriot Act in the U.S. Congress, it is doubtful that any European parliament actually read it.
The elitist schedule was to have all of Europe under central control by 1 November 2006, but the French and Dutch public delayed this schedule until early 2008. The elitists will definitely have their central government. Likewise, by 2010 the U.S. Constitution will be superceded by the North American Union Constitution, which will be a gigantic document that no one understands (just like the Pan-European Constitution). The Pan-American Constitution will not be submitted to a public vote, just as most nations in Europe did not submit the Pan-European Constitution to a public vote. When the Euro-Constitution was submitted to a public vote in France and the Netherlands, the people flatly rejected it. (The people of Denmark and Ireland also rejected it -- so the Danish and Irish governments submitted it to a “vote” again, and got the “correct” public response.)
All European nations must ratify the Pan-European Constitution for the central government to take control. At the end of this post we shall examine how the elitists will complete their plan.
Before we begin, here are some things the Pan-European Constitution will impose….
> Banking: The new Constitution will bring all European banks under the control of the European Central Bank, which is private and autonomous, like the Federal Reserve. Elitists and the shills claim this will “control inflation.” Of course, it is private central banks that cause inflation, by imposing ever-larger mountains of debt.
>A boon for organized crime. The Pan-European Constitution will centralize a bureaucracy that oversees terrorism, trafficking in persons, offences against children, corruption, fraud, arms trafficking, and drug trafficking. The way things are now, an Israeli drug dealer may control the government in Germany, for example, but not in Ireland. This will change with the new Pan-European Constitution. Gangsters who infiltrate the central government in Brussels will have central operations that span all of Europe. They will get further protection because the Pan-Europe Constitution will create a European Public Prosecutor's Office (a centralized attorney general). The Constitution also gives more power to the EU Council of Ministers. This is an unelected central body that has both legislative and executive powers. (The only elected body, the European Parliament, has limited veto powers, and no executive powers at all.)
> A boon for war profiteers. Article I-41(3) of the new Constitution states: "Member States shall undertake to improve their military capabilities.” This means the central government in Brussels will demand that all European taxpayers give more money to military contractors, regardless of each nation’s geopolitical situation, or the will of the people. The weapons industry will be centralized under a European Weapon Office. Social programs will be dismantled, and their money given to weapons makers.
> Reduces or eliminates all remaining safety nets (such as national health care). The Constitution creates a Europe-wide “free trade” zone, meaning Europe will be forced to privatize everything. The Constitution makes multiple references to principles of the "free movement of capital" (both inside the EU and with third countries), and of "free and undistorted competition.” Undistorted competition means central monopolies will have no competition. Such “free market” policies will cover all areas, from health care to energy to transport. The central government will eliminate laws that protect the public from tyrannical monopolies.
> Increases effectiveness of false-flag attacks. If any European nation is “attacked,” the central government in Brussels will declare an “emergency,” in which case the Pan-European Constitution will supercede all European governments. Therefore an “attack” on one nation will force all nations to go to war. (The actual Constitution says that if any European state is attacked, it will receive assistance from all other states. The type of “assistance” is not specified.)
>Aids the Zionist destruction of Christian traditions. The Roman Catholic Church, and even the former Polish president Aleksander Kwa?niewski (who is an agnostic) wanted the Pan-European Constitution to include a reference to Europe's Christian history. However the new Constitution simply includes a reference in the preamble to "the cultural, religious and humanist inheritance of Europe.”
>Erodes human rights. Many fundamental human rights are not enumerated or recognized by the Constitution’s Charter of Fundamental Rights.
THE PROPAGANDA CAMPAIGN
Because most European nations have already ratified the new constitution, the elitists assumed that France and Holland would be no problem. After all, the French and Dutch governments supported it, as did employers’ federations and trade unions. Thus, 85 percent of the political establishment favored the Constitution. Moreover the French and Dutch people were idiots (or so the elitists thought).
When the Constitution was put to a public referendum in France and the Netherlands, the public wasn’t easily swayed. Still, this was not a problem, since a simple majority vote would not have derailed the plan. Only a major NO vote would derail it. Therefore politicians throughout Europe launched a media blitz to sway the French and Dutch public. Their favorite ruse was to invoke the “suffering of the Jews.”
Dutch Prime Minister Jan-Peter Balkenende said that only the Pan-European Constitution could prevent a new Holocaust. "I've been in Auschwitz and Yad Vashem," he whined. "The images haunt me every day! It is supremely important for us to avoid another holocaust in Europe. We really ought to think about that more."
Sweden's European commissioner Margot Wallström gave a speech at the Theresienstadt concentration camp in Prague on the sixtieth anniversary of V-E Day. She too said that only centralized control would prevent another holocaust. "There are those who want to scrap the supranational idea," she warned. "I say those people should come to Terezin [Theresienstadt] and see where that old road leads!”
Absence of centralized tyranny = new holocaust.
In the Netherlands, the neo-liberal VVD party showed TV commercials with images of Auschwitz, while a voice-over talked about a possible victory for the ‘no’ side in the public referendum. The commercials said that if the French and the Dutch people did not accept the Constitution, the "lights would go out" across Europe.
The Dutch Minister for Foreign Affairs, Bot, announced that people who had not made their minds up should stay at home and not vote at all.
The mass media helped all it could. The French and Dutch governments hijacked ‘neutral’ TV programs and transformed them into propaganda shows for the Pan-European Constitution.
And still the public wouldn’t bite. Most Europeans are sick of the arrogance of Brussels. They are sick of being told that their national pride and local traditions are evil. They are sick of being told that they are not Germans or Danes or Czechs, but “Europeans.” (Under the North American Union, there will be no Canadians, Mexicans, or Yankees. Everyone will be “North Americans.”)
Donner, the Dutch Secretary of Justice, said that only a centralized government would prevent World War III. British politicians said that only a centralized government would prevent famine and pestilence.
(These are lies, of course, since the main source of war is not national pride, but imperialism – that is, the greed of centralized empires. The worst atrocities in human history have been carried out by imperial powers seeking regional or world mastery. Furthermore, empires are always racist. They are dominated by a specific religious, ethnic, or national group. Imperial overextension does not guarantee peace and unity; it guarantees war and disaster. The Pan-European Constitution is an imperial document, not a democratic one.)
And still the French and the Dutch people weren’t biting. The French were uncomfortable about letting Turkey into the EU. The Dutch didn’t like having to pay so much money into the EU budget. No one liked the neo-liberal plan to privatize all social services, and no one liked having to give up their national identity.
The elitists were so arrogant that they didn’t realize they were botching their entire program. In the Netherlands, there were only two campaigns: (1) the campaign against the Constitution and (2) the campaign against the “No” campaign. The elitists didn’t say the Constitution would bring paradise. They merely said it would prevent things from becoming even worse than they are now. (The Netherlands is one of the three European countries with the fastest rising unemployment rates. In the fall of 2004, 300,000 Dutch people took to the streets to protest the Balkenende regime’s austerity program, which was a sell-out to the rich. The Balkenende regime has presided over the longest economic recession since WW II, and has an approval rating of 19 percent, the lowest in Dutch history.)
No, the Dutch and French people weren’t going for it. The people were furious. They had never been consulted about joining the EU. (Public debate about the EU only started after the EU was established.) Nor were the people ever consulted about adopting the euro currency under the European Central Bank. Many Dutch people consider the euro to have an inflationary effect on the prices of food and other basic produce.
In the end, the French and Dutch people didn’t go for it, which caused shockwaves throughout Europe. The elitist plan had been building momentum since the early 1960s, and had crushed all resistance, but all of a sudden the filthy peasants in France and the Netherlands said “NO” to Europe-wide tyranny. Many politicians in Europe had no idea what happened. They concluded that there was “something wrong” with the French and Dutch people.
However, this is only a temporary delay. Since the European Central Bank has limitless money (just like the U.S. Federal Reserve) all European politicians have been bought.
WHAT’S NEXT?
The elitists are preparing another big push in their war on democracy, this time without any referendums (i.e., without public votes). Recently the Balkenende regime in the Netherlands asked a body known as the State Council to rule on whether there needs to be a public vote. No other European country has pursued plans for a public vote, so when the French and Dutch people are sidestepped, the Pan-European Constitution will be nearly complete. After one or two more dominoes fall, the central government in Brussels will start to take control.
Germany’s Angela Merkel suggested cutting up the Constitution and ramming it through piece by piece, until central control is won.
However the elitists are not confident in this plan. They want to install a core foundation that cannot be removed. Therefore in June 2007, the European Council in Brussels asked a multi-national group of shills to draft a Reform Treaty (i.e., a slimmed-down Constitution), which the French and Dutch parliaments can easily approve without a public vote. When that’s done, the Constitution will quickly be bloated back up to its original size. The group of shills will meet in Brussels this coming December (2007) to present their slimmed-down version.
This time around, the elitists will have “Sarko” as French president. Actually it was “Sarko” who first asked the European Council for a slimmed-down Constitution that can be rammed down the throats of the French people. Likewise, Prime Minister Balkenende will ram the same Constitution down throats of the Dutch people, without a public vote.
One thing to remember is that the votes by the French and Dutch people were protests against the arrogance of Brussels. They were a kind of public riot, like the mass riots in Los Angeles, California after the police were acquitted for beating up Rodney King. After people “blow off steam,” they become docile and compliant.
Thus, the Pan-European Constitution is coming, no matter what. With it will come Europe-wide laws against “holocaust denial,” plus a Europe-wide designation of Hezbollah as a “terrorist organization.” Zionist power will expand exponentially. The economies of all European nations will be leveled down to the lowest common denominator, as is happening with the U.S., Canadian, and Mexican economies. Multinational corporations will become more powerful than ever, with their monopolies protected by the central government in Brussels. Europe will go through mass layoffs, privatization, and price increases. When the people complain, their national leaders will say, “Take it up with Brussels.” Brussels will send the people back to their national leaders.
Supporters of the Constitution say European states will have certain “veto powers” if they feel their interests are threatened. However, a close examination of these “veto powers” reveals that they are meaningless. In any case, the ultimate “glue” behind the Pan-European Constitution will be the European Central Bank, which can punish any European nation that steps out of line.
Thus, Europe will sink into misery.
But at least there will not be a “new holocaust.”
