For me it is extremely important that people, who haven’t been linked to the security services before 1989 should be the responsible factors, who will manage the adoption of the draft bill for the National Security Agency, the former Defense Minister in Bulgaria and now member of the Parliamentary faction of the National Movement Simeon II /NMS II/ Nikolay Svinarov said.
‘National security in the 21st century is different than the security, which used to be the goal of the former State Security, Svinarov said.
